Joyce & Eddie exchanging vows as the sun sets in Girraween National Park

As a reasonably new resident to The Scenic Rim region of Queensland (honestly, why didn’t I move here earlier, its SO BEAUTIFUL!!), I’ve completely fallen in love with this area of the Great South East! This region is known for its picturesque landscapes, unique flora and fauna, and abundance of outdoor activities. Wait until you see this place come alive in Wildflower season (from late Sept – November), it’s beauty is unmatched!

If you’re an adventurous couple, that enjoys great food, great wine, great nature — and looking for the perfect blend of all of that for your Elopement or Intimate Wedding, here is everything you need to know to plan your perfect Scenic Rim wedding.

Why Elope to the Scenic Rim?
