Colourful Gay Wedding Ball in Fortitude Valley 🕺🏼🪩

Tom and Sai’s fabulous wedding in Fortitude Valley was truly a sight to behold. They described it to me as a “Colourful Disco Party” and a “Gay Wedding Ball” – and it absolutely lived up to those descriptions! 💅🏼

From the moment that I arrived, I could feel their incredible energy and absolute love for one another. From the runway catwalk to their ceremony space, to the best dressed guest list that I’ve ever seen – every detail of their day was considered, and totally “them””. After the ceremony, the Loyal Hope venue was transformed into a vibrant and dazzling disco wonderland, with bursts of colour, flashing lights, and the ultimate party play list! 🕺🏼

But what made this wedding truly special was the profound connection between Tom and Sai, and the incredible people they chose to share their moment with. Their love was palpable, and it radiated through every moment of the day. It was clear that these two lovers were meant to journey the rest of their forever, together.

Throughout the celebration, there were countless beautiful moments that I had the privilege to capture. The heartfelt and tearful speeches highlighted the deep love and support of their friends and family, and brought me to absolute tears. A true testament to the amazing human beings these two truly are. Joyous dancing and laughter echoed throughout the night – every second was filled with pure happiness and celebration.

As a photographer, my goal is to capture not just the visual aspects of a wedding, but also the emotions and connections that make each couple unique. And with Tom and Sai, it was an absolute pleasure to capture the genuine love and joy that surrounded them.

Their wedding was a true testament to the power of love and the importance of celebrating it in all its forms. It was a reminder that love knows no boundaries, and that everyone deserves to be celebrated and supported.

I feel incredibly grateful to have been a part of such a special day, and I hope that through my photography, I was able to capture the essence and beauty of Tom and Sai’s love. Their wedding was a true reminder of just how inspiring love can be.
