The Mayan Farm, Kin Kin, QLD

Brooke & Dayle had originally planned a big traditional wedding at an epic venue in the City – but got to a stage in their planning where they were just exhausted trying to pull a big wedding together when what they really wanted, was something more intimate so that they could finally be married and whisk each other off to their dream Tuscan Honeymoon!

When they first came to me, they were already tired from wedding planning, and were overwhelmed with potentially having to start over again. So we jumped on a call, and I got a feel for the type of day they were after, and they handed the planning reigns over to me. I did up a Locations List of venues and locations that were suited to their vibe, and I had a little intuitive hit of a location that I had tucked away in the memory bank and sent that off. Of course, they fell in love with that venue: The Mayan Farm, Kin Kin.

The Mayan Farm was the PERFECT backdrop, teamed up with styling by my amazing friends at Sunshine Weddings and Bloom & Bush – we were able to bring Tuscany to QLD.

Brooke & Dayle had a wonderful Intimate Wedding with 14 of their closest loved ones, and were able to celebrate with their family and friends before jetting off to Italy for their Honeymoon! We were able to do everything on site, including catering by Private Chef Jodie (the owner of Mayan Farm) who specialises in Intimate Dining. What a day!
